Hi Experts

Can someone provide the test configuration used for Figures 4 & 5 in the data sheet?

I’d like to know the input wave forms for both inputs.

more details are given in the datasheet of LM139-N.

Thanks for your post. In short those curves are created with VCC = 5V and a VCM = 2.5V. Underdrive is held at 100mV for varying OD levels. Pull-up resistor of 5.1k to 5V. The full description can be found at the post Kai pointed you too.
