INA186: Datasheet YFDR Package Issue

Hi Team,

My customer is going to use INA186A3IYFDR. However, there are two different package spec in P29 and P42. May I know which one should they follow?

Also, the package in P42 did have the D, E length information. Thank you.

Hey Mike,

The INA186AxIYFD (DSBGA package) should adhere to the information on page 29 (specifically the YFD0006-C02). This is a revision/change to the original YFD0006. I checked our layout library and also the Ultra Librarian tool online (https://www.ti.com/product/INA186#design-development). Both of these libraries show the layout with -C02 pin labeling. Figure 5-2 of the datasheet also is also showing this same pinout. The correct layout information seemed to have been introduced to the datasheet without having modified the package outline section at the end.
