TL082: TL082ACD and TL082IDR

Hi Team,

We are currently using TL082ACD in our design. But unfortunately, this part has gone obsolete. So, we have decided to replace with TL082IDR.

Could you please provide temperature vs parameter curve of both the part numbers for the following parameters:

1. Input Offset Voltage

2. Input Offset Current

3. Input Bias Current.

why not having a look into the datasheet?

Also, only the TL082ACD in the tube package becomes obsolete, but not the TL082ACDR in the reel package:

The operating temperature range is better for TL082IDR. This is having -40 to 85 deg range.

But TL082ACD has only 0 to 70 deg C.

In datasheet, the above-mentioned parameters vs temperature data is only available for TL08xH series.

Hi Sreejith,

the TL082 is a legacy OPAmp from 1977. At that time is was unusual to publish further going information in the datasheet. And if TI had further going specs, they would publish it in the datasheet.

If you are unlucky about the specs of TL082, you should look for a more modern OPAmp. TI has tons of them.
