Our customer is using the Webench Filter Design Tool but unable to design a TLV2372ID 3rd order butterworth sallen key low pass filter as shown here https://webench.ti.com/filter-design-tool/design/48. What could be the error in the simulation?

Is there a reason the customer wanted a 3rd order instead of a 2nd order butterworth?
Either way, I created one in the filter and implemented it in TINA:
I implemented the circuit with TLV9152 as this is the newer version of the product:
The customer may edit the attached sim to implement the filter requirements, hopefully with the newer TLV9152.
