Hi TI Team,

TL052IP Qualification data is not available on TI.com.

In the Qualification Summary, the results of ESD-HBM and CDM are described as "See data sheet".

However, the datasheet does not show the results of ESD.

Hello Sakamoto-san,

TL052 is one of the few older data sheet without ESD stated ratings. Is DIP package important for this application? If not then TL072H is recommended.

I did find ESD test results for TL052ACP , run in 1997 ; Results were HBM pass up to 1500V. MM pass 300V, CDM pass 2000V
