Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMH34400, OPA858-Q1
Hi Team, seeking for a suggestion
looking for transimpedance amplifier with a high bandwidth to receive and amplify signals comprising frequencies between 1 kHz and 20 MHz obtained by a photodiode (C = 1 pF). Gain and phase should not be changed between these frequencies. Maximum gain is expected to 20000 (Rf = 20 kOhm).
For this purpose, I found the TIA LMH32401 with a high 3dB bandwidth. However, the transfer behavior of the gain with regard to the frequency is only characterized for frequencies between 10 MHz and 1GHz. My questions:
1. How does the gain looks like for frequencies below 10 MHz until 1 kHz?
2. How does the phase looks like, for the same frequency range?
3. How is it in the case of the TIAs LMH34400 and OPA858-Q1?
Thank you.
