OPA2991: output 0-4V, when power supply is -+15V

Part Number: OPA2991

Hi Expert,

my customer has a OPA2991 application, which is power supply is -+15V, input is 0-2.5V, output will be 0-4V(max is 20mA).

customer has concern that there will be large current loading and heat dissipation in the internal circuit, because output is just <4V when supply is 15V. in the datasheet, I didn't find the advice, so I want to double check with you, any risk in the scenario?
