TL343: ESD (HBM) and CDM withstand

Datasheet is missing ESD(HBM) and CDM withstand value. CSC support replied ESD and CDM test result are not available by system.

We need the ESD,CDM withstand value and reliability test result for customer's requirement documentation.

Colud you please share ESD test result to us.

    Hello Makoto-san,

    If this is a new design then I highly recommend using TLV9301.

    The data sheet doesn't have information. I did find a ESD test result (back in 1999) where results where HBM passed up to 2500V, MM passed up to 250V, CDM passed up to 1500V . This is information but do not consider this (data sheet) qualification.
