AMC1301-Q1: output behavior when VDD1 exceed abs

Part Number: AMC1301-Q1

Hi Expert,

My customer is doing some functional safety analysis on AMC1301-Q1. And have some questions would like to check with you.

When there have some overvoltage applied on VDD1 of AMC1301-Q1 during normal operation(power-on), the overvoltage exceed the abs value of VDD1 and will damage the VDD1 pin, may you let us know the behavior of output(VOUT_P/VOUT_N) at this case? Will VOUT_P and VOUT_N change to 0V or other? Will the loop gain increase or decrease a lot?

Customer desired behavior is that the VOUT_P and VOUT_N will change to 0V or some constant value when damage the VDD1 pin, and the loop gain not change a lot.

Thanks!
