    As Kai detailed, the pinout is the only difference between the devices.

    DBV-5  package amplifiers typically possess a north-west pinout (direction referenced to the output pin):

    UDBV typically refers to the alternate DBV pinout, being south-east pinout: 

    For future proofing, I generally recommend DBV over UDBV as far more device options exist.
