Hi Expert,

As TI website Design & Development provide PSPICE model, but it can't import our SI's tool.

Could you help provide LMH6733&LMH6738 IBIS model or S-parameter for our SI request ?

Hello Alan,

IBIS models are created to simulate PCB behavior and modeling for devices with digital capabilities. Since the LMH6733 and LMH6738 are purely analog devices, PSpice netlists are available in the design & development tab of each device's product folder to simulate device behavior with PSpice for TI or Tina-TI.
