INA198: Offset voltage

Hi All,

I have a question about INA198.
Regarding VOS (Offset Voltage) of Over Temperature, is the TYP value ±5mV?
I think ± is necessary. is my understanding correct?

Also, please let me know the minimum VOS value for Over Temperature.

Hi Ishiwata,

yes, input offset voltage is always +/-. Due to convention and tradition many manufacturers omit the "+/-" in their datasheets.

Hello Ishiwata,

I agree with Kai. I would also recommend the INA281B3 which is the same pinout. I normally point to this device if the VCM will not go below -4V. This is due to the documented in the datasheet when using the device with lower than 20mV input.
