INA210: Extremally high bias current when VCC > Common Mode voltage
Hi Team,
The customer report that when they remove the voltage on V+, but keep 20V on the IN+/-. There is a leakage voltage on the output pin.
I had done the same test condition on the EVM. The behavior can also be duplicated on the EVM. I just short IN+ and IN-, then connect IN+/- to 20V. There is 1V at the output.
May I know is this the except behavior of our device? Thank you.

what do you mean by "remove"? Appling 0V or disconnecting the suppy voltage pin from the supply voltage line?
I would not be surprised, if leakge currents into the input pins may bias the chip and cause a non-zero output voltage. If this is an issue, you could add a relay or silimar to the output which forces the output to signal ground whenever the supply voltge is down. The relay and the INA210 would have to be powered from the same supply voltage.
