INA194A-Q1: the output of INA194 is error and up to 3.3V

the output of INA194AIDBVT error and its up to 3.3v, the power supply of INA194 is 3.3V.

in our designer, the sensor resistor is 50mR.

Only one abnormal chip has been found so far, so can you help to give us some advise for this one.

Hello I cannot see the error as the image is not showing up on my end. Can you attempt to reload in a different format.

Also most of the time I see issues with the INA194 when the input is below 20mV and the behavior is explain in the datasheet in the "Accuracy Variations as a Result Of Vsense and Common Mode Voltage".

yes, you are right, but for my issue is different.

the output of INA194 is up to 3.3v while the difference of V+ and V- is very low.

the INA194 is used to monitor the current of LP8866 output.

Hello Mengyao,

The input differential max input is 66mV on the Vin+ and VIn-. I would suggest placing a differential probe and have a smaller voltage scale to verify the inputs. Also is there any way you can share the schematic? What is the current you expect through this transition you show?
