Looking for the suitable high side current sense Amplifier

Hi team,

My customer is looking for the high side current sense amplifier which meets below requirements. Do we have such a device?

Purpose: Sensing current for OCP

Vcc max: over 15V

minimum operating power supply voltage: above 5V

Analog inut(IN+) and Analog input(IN-) should be over 10V.

Package: SOT-23 5pin or 6pin.

Hi Yamamoto-san,

From the information you have provided, INA139 INA138 and INA183 seem to be the lowest cost options that fulfill the requirements listed.

Is bidirectionality required? If so, INA296B and INA241B may be better options. These two devices are very similar, except that INA241 has enhanced PWM rejection and is recommended for switching applications over the INA296. These two devices also have a very high bandwidth up to 1.1MHz.
