Hi Team, 

Please help us to get the Case Temperature (Tc) of the Part LMH9135IRRLR as it is needed for the thermal simulation of our project

    Hi Susan,

        First you need to compute the Power dissipation for LMH9135IRRLR. You can find the Thermal metrics given in sec 6.4 - Datasheet:

    Case temperature(Tc) can be computed using 

    Tj – (Ɵjunction-to-case*Pdissipated) = Tc
    Ta +  (Ɵjunction-to-ambient*Pdissipated) = Tj

    Tj = Junction Temperature
    Ta = Ambient temperature
    Tc = case temperature(top)
