OPA2810: Asymmetric power supplied rail and little lower power supplied rail

The model will not simulate every error condition correctly.

With a supply voltage lower than the recommended minimum, correct operation is no longer guaranteed.

The OPA2810 does not know where your GND is (it has no GND pin); a power supply of 7.25 V is perfectly fine.

It is not recommended to use OPA2810 below the minimum recommended supply voltage. The device may see a performance degradation across process corners or temperature variations, which is not captured in simulation models and may not be evident at room remperature.

Since this amplifier is used in the 2nd and 3rd stages as an active LPF and integrator, another good alternate is the OPA2863A. This works down to 2.7 V supply (hence 4.5 V is no problem at all), offers very high precision performance in this class of amplifiers with max 95 uV offset and 1.2 uV/C drift, which will be of benefit in the active LPF design. Since this amplifier is used in the successive stages, the bias current increase in the OPA2863A (vs pA range bias currents in OPA2810) will be of less consequence and should work.
