OPA2365: Error on voltage follower circuit

Are you using the most recent model off TI.com?  Your model version and simulator could affect your results; Kai's circuit simulates correctly.

Please provide any simulation files or data regarding your observed error rate.

Thank you for the comments! The error seems to be measurement error. This is result in communication with the customer.

The error in buffer circuit from opamp gain error, offset, etc. is so small. Do you think we don't need to worry about the gain error in buffer circuit, right?

I think a gain error of OPAmp can be excluded.

But for a detailed analysis we would need to see the schematic and have some more infos about the application. We would need to see whether the OPAmp is running in its linear operating range at the input and output. We would need to see the input signal shape and output load. And we would need to know the source impedance. A high source impedance in combination with the input capacitance of OPAmp could result in an unwanted low pass filtering, for instance.

So, we definitely would need some more infos
