Hi Team,

I found safety manual document in Ti website. I am doing FIT rate calculations for INA240A1-Q1 IC based on my project requirements.

I need component type of INA240A1-Q1 IC.

In that document, they mention as BICMOS analog mixed <50V.

But in the sn29500 document they provided so many component list.

Which one do i need to consider for FIT rate calculations purpose??

Where can i find this type of information for this IC and TI IC's?

I am using 8 to 10 TI IC components in my project. It is helpful for my project.

Hi Giridhar,

The IC information is considered proprietary, and is not available on the web. Specific numbers won't be passed out without nondisclosure agreement.

If you have multiple devices of different types, the best approach would be to work with your local TI field application engineer who can gather the info on your behalf.
