LM2904-Q1: TECHNICAL ISSUE

Part Number: LM2904-Q1

hi team

At present, customers want to use the operation discharge to do the current sampling of three-phase motor, but the customer supply voltage is mainly 5V, but the customer does not sample, the voltage will reach 24V,The common mode voltage range is exceeded, and the common mode voltage will be very small during sampling.
1 To help confirm the 3.3V/5V supply, 30V common mode voltage at the input, will it cause the release to self-lock or fail to recover?
2, after removing the common mode voltage, how long is the operational release back to normal working time?Is there a delay?
