What are the differences between TL331QDBVRQ1 and TL331BQDBVRQ1?

Do we have a document with the major differences?

    Hello Juan,

    The "B" is a new design on a 300mm process, as opposed to the 50 year old process of the non-B.

    The front page has a table summarizing the differences.

    The main difference is lower bias currents, slightly faster response, lower supply current and specified 36V max supply.

    The non-B devices are under PCN's and eventually all the devices will be the "B" die - so best to start off the "B" device for new designs.

    For most applications (that operate within datasheet specs), the "B" is a drop in improved replacement.
