XTR112: Kindly provide the temperature information regarding XTR112UA

XTR300 and XTR305 are able to operate in the specified temperature range, if you are referring to the 4-20mA current transmitter loop.

XTR112 or XTR114 are unable to support the temperature range. Alternatively, you may use our precision op amps to construct one with discrete circuit.

Can you please share a reference design

Could you provide me the design requirements? Both XTR300 and XTR305 should be able to replace XTR112's output current loop interface, but it may need the additional Analog Front End to interface with XTR300/XTR305 converter.

If you are referring to the RTD temperature measurements, here are some of the reference design. We do not have a direct replacement part for XTR112 from -55C to 125C. Alternatively, you may use our instrumentation amplifier to make RTD temperature measurement, and then convert the measured voltage to XTR111 or XTR116/XTR117 in 4-20mA Current loop or transmitter.

But the parts you shared consumes lots of power. I need a device which consumes less power because the whole system powered using 4-20mA current loop. So kindly suggest me the part which satisfy low quiescent current

We do not have the comparable XTR112 or XTR114 ICs that will extend to temperature ranges between -55C to +125C. However, there may be a solution to construct the functionalities of the IC with other op amps, and comply to the operating temperature range. 

Please provide me with the design requirements and application. The low temperature operating range is outside of a typical industrial grade product (this is military grade temperature specification). Yes, I can suggest something for a low power application, then you may not like the design options or price. For instance, our INA333 or INA333-HT may be able to comply to the low power requirements, but I'd like to know what else are required for the application.
