Here is the link that TI engineers are able to request additional Thermal Model information on our product. If you are unable to access it, please let us know. 

I just search the database, here is the thermal resistance figures were estimated back in 2014. 

BTW, the thermal resistance figures are estimated via a thermal model. If the figures are critical for an application, you may ask the thermal engineer to rerun these figures in the latest model. The thermal metric figures were estimated approx. 10 years ago, and the thermal resistance or Psi figure estimation may be different in the latest thermal model.
