shall this be a comparator circuit? In this case you may profit from adding hysteresis since the thermistor may cause a very slowly changing signal and the output may otherwise oscillate.
And if the thermistor is mounted remotely from the OPAmp, adding an input low pass filter can help to suppress EMI.
What is R8280 and what is the resistance of thermistor? I ask because the LM358 shows a rather high input bias current which may cause a relevant offset voltage across the source resistance resulting in some measuring error.
