for LM139AJ/PB the electrical characteristic VOH(MIN), VOL(MAX), IOH(MIN), IOL(MAX), VIH(MIN) & VIL(MAX) are not mentioned in the datasheet. Kindly, help us with the needed characteristic.

    VIL and VIH are not specified because those parameters apply to digital inputs, but the LM139-N has no digital inputs.

    VOH and IOH are not specified because the LM139-N has an open-collector output; the high output voltage is determined only by the pull-up resistor.

    The output characteristics are specified under "Saturation Voltage" in section 6.5 of the LM139-N datasheet.

    Hello Mirthunraju,

    As Clemens stated, the Maximum VOH is purely determined by your pull-up resistor and load.

    IOH is the Output Leakage Current, or the amount of current leaking out if the output when the output is high. The limit is 1uA at 30V.

    VOL and IOL are specified in the "Saturation Voltage" row. The spec is a maximum of 400mV when sinking 4mA.

    Again, as Clemens said, I am not sure what you are asking for the VIH and VIL. The valid input voltage range is 0V to Vcc-2V.
