THS4631: THS4631

Part Number: THS4631
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA656, OPA810

My question is, does TI have a curve or data shown the input current noise density as a function of frequency for frequencies above 10 kHz, extending up into about 1 MHz?

For some background, I pasted the following from one of the competitors that show the current noise density .

  • Hello Kenneth,

I have not yet found current noise density vs. frequency data for this part.  Please allow me time to check with my colleagues tomorrow to confirm whether the data exists for the THS4631.

    Best,

    Alec

  • Hey Kenneth, I used to do that on JFET input parts like the OPA656, but but it doesn't really help you and very hard to measure. Once it becomes a significant output term, the R's values to see it have self limited on BW do to parasitic C's.

The THS4631 is an extremely old part on a 1980's process, perhaps look at the much newer OPA810
