OPA2830: Temperature Compensation in Unity Gain Topology

That is a little open ended - do you have a series R isolating the 470pF cap? IF not, instability will likely result. 

There are always various sources of DC error at the output and the OPA2830 is not the most precise, with more app info, perhaps a precision device can be substituted.

Yes there's a 15 Ohm isolation resistor.

You may suggest another part, provided the output slew and current supported are similar or better.

  Michael suggested the OPA2836 over the OPA2830 due to the OPA2836's better DC specs such as offset voltage and drift which is critical in temperature based compensation. 

  What is your bandwidth, slew rate, and output current design requirements?

The OPAMP needs to drive a swing of 3V (Negative pulse of -5V to -2V) into an AC load of 500pF with a fast rise time of less than 50-80 ns. Also, the delay between the input and the output pulse should be minimal.

The DC current requirement isn't much, around 20mA.

The OPAMP should be unity gain stable as it is being used as a voltage follower only. There is an isolation resistor of 15 Ohms between the OPAMP output and the 500pF load, that can be changed if needed.

Regarding temperature compensation, I understand that OPA2836 specs are better. But I was asking if there's a need of an external compensation circuit too?

So Gaurav, these questions are not possible to answer unless you suggest some kind of target shift in output offset voltage over what temperature range? 

There are composite circuits that can improve higher speed op amp output DC precision, but why use those if your performance targets are met by just a simple op amp.
