TLV7031-Q1: voltage at in+ and in- without supply voltage

Hi Team,

I'm also having the same issue：

is it allowed if the supply voltage of the TLV7031-Q1 (5V) is turned off and there is still a voltage at the in+ and in- inputs (e.g. 3V) for a long time?

but the TLV7031-Q1 should not be damaged.
