In the OPA564 datasheet there is Figure 58 entitled "Detailed Powerline Communication Circuit" but there is no additional detailed information about the circuit in the datasheet. A few questions.
1. Is there an application note that describes this circuit in more detail that I can download?
2. Is this circuit used in any TI Evaluation board?
3. I do not see a transformer. Where would the Powerline be connected to?

The first 2 questions may be covered in AFE031EVM and related application note.
The OPA564 can be used for PLC powerline drivers, so is our OPA521. AFE030/AFE031 or AFE032 are NB-PLC controller, which is an integrated controller for PLC application
I do not know which one that you are looking for. I can provide you with the additional information, if you are able to tell me about the application. Enclosed are links of our PLC controller products. Again, these are used for NB-PLC application, which the BW < 500kHz. Above 500kHz, it is considered BB-PLC application (Broad Band).
3. I do not see a transformer. Where would the Powerline be connected to?
The PLC transformer coupling is shown in AFE031EVM and AFE031's datasheet. The example is used to couple PLC signals onto AC powerline.
The image below is the transformer recommended to coupling PLC modulated signal onto AC powerline. PLC signals coupled onto DC powerline are different, since transformer only works in AC signals. If you are talking about PLC signal to DC powerline coupling, please let me know. I need to know the DC voltage level, current requirements etc..
