I was able to find the input capacitance of the TLV9064, see snippet below, but I haven't had any luck finding the resistive component. This is quite unusual since we are very good about posting that in newer datasheets!
I'll talk with the design and system's team to see that information is and get back to you. It will likely take a couple of days.

One last thing, I expect the input resistance to be very high as this is a CMOS device.

Alright I talked with the design team and this device didn't specify this. But it can be derived by looking at the input bias current. The datasheet says a typical of 0.5pA. Looking at the common mode voltage of 2.75V, that makes ohms law easier to derive.
2.75/0.5p = 5.5TΩ as the typical input impedance of the device.
You can also derive this across temperature too by looking at the input bias vs temperature curve in the datasheet. I'm not sure what temperature the customer is planning to operate in but it won't be difficult for them to derive the typical impedance.
