If the Vocm voltage is supplied externally, what is the current consumption of Vocm?

The total amount of sinking/sourcing current from an external reference voltage will depend on you external circuitry and your output common-mode voltage requirements. The device datasheet shows the internal circuitry of the Vocm pin of the device, and suggests buffering (low-impedance output) your external voltage divider + voltage reference.
The external current needed to sink/source to the internal circuitry can be calculated using the below equation: (replace 50kOhm with 60kOhm)
Below is an example when setting Vocm to 1.5V with single supply of 5V:
