THS3491: Max. electromigration current

Part Number: THS3491

I saw a post regarding electro-migration stating that it isn't a concern for AC current, only DC current but I saw another post stating that for AC current one should check RMS current against the max. electro-migration limit of 100 ma. Using RMS current would limit max. continuous AC current to +/- 141 ma for a sine wave. Assuming I adhere to thermal guidelines, is there recommended guidance for continuous operation of high current AC outputs, e.g. if I drive an output at +/- 350 ma peak at 100 MHz continuously, does FIT rate degrade at all?

Thanks,

Shel
