OPA521: OPA521 for DC design

Good day!

I would use OPA521 for a low noise, high current DC design. Basically, I would use it as an inverting input OP-AMP. Could dual supply (+/-12V) be used for the chip?

By TINA simulation, it looks fine. Anything to watch out? Could a 10nF cap be wired between the gain_set pin and Vout pin to limit bandwidth?

    Yes, it will work. You can limit the BW by introducing a capacitor in parallel with the feedback capacitor. The internal PA is configured with 7V/V, you can modify it as shown in the example below. 

    If the precision regulated PA has to drive capacitive load, here is the method that you can accommodate the load. If you can use the dual feedback compensation method and the circuit is capable to drive large capacitive load, up to 100uf or more with proper compensation. With larger capacitive loads, the circuit's BW will be further limited, but this is likely ok for the low noise, precision voltage and high current driving DC application.
