Hi Lucas,
LMH5401 and LMH3401 are DC coupled devices, so:

1.Gain will not vary much from 10kHz to 10MHz you can extrapolate the frequency response from100MHz to DC from data sheet plot. Please do note that gain is set by external resistors.

2. There is no P1dB data available currently. What is the intent for P1dB ?Is there a particular swing you are targeting and on what load ? You can also refer to Output swing in datasheet which correlates to P1dB.
