What are the main differences between the OPAx992 series and the OPAx990 series?
What are the main differences from the TLV930x series?
Thanks.

The 992 is faster, i.e., it has higher GBW and slew rate. This also implies higher power consumption and lower offset voltage and noise. The TLV930x corresponds roughly to the 990, but has slightly worse electrical characteristics, and has no rail-to-rail input.
To make a comparison, go to the search function, search for the desired parameters, enable the desired columns, select the desired devices in the leftmost column, and click "Compare".

Hello Boyan,
Here is some additional information about the device families:
The OPAx990 and OPAx992 are the performance lines of their family. The TLV930x and TLV936x offer cost savings at the cost of Rail-to-Rail input and some spec degradation. The TLV910x and TLV916x offer cost savings for the tradeoff of maximum supply voltage and some spec degradation.
Best,
Jaclyn
