I have a little more information. TI has an internal service that helps us identify counterfeit parts. We only support "authorized TI distributors". Rochester Electronics is an authorized option for "obsolete or surplus TI semiconductor products". Since this vendor deals with "surplus" I think it is normal for the marking to be different in the devices you receive. In fact, any vendor can combine multiple batches of products so it is not unusual to find different marking in a purchase. Thus, I would not expect an issue based on the different marking.
