OPA860: peak-hold circuit

Part Number: OPA860

Hi team,

One of our customer's issues, could you please provide some troubleshooting suggestions:

I used the opa860 chip as a peak holding circuit, with an input of a 10ns pulse signal. I saw a similar post on the forum and simulated the circuit schematic using TINA. The simulation results showed that the peak holding circuit function can be achieved. And a circuit board was designed and debugged for a long time, but the physical object still cannot achieve the function of peak holding. The problem I am currently facing is that the physical device cannot achieve peak holding function. When measuring the C and E pins, there is always a negative voltage output without any other waveform changes.
