INA282-Q1: Output(pin 5) of Amplifier struct at 10.54mV

Part Number: INA282-Q1

In my case Using INA282AIDGKT for Over Current Protection for power rail 6.5V, 2A(limited). When i tried to test the circuit i increased the current more than 2A, output of Amp struct at 10.54mV. Could you please advise if the chip gone bad or something that could recover the chip.

Hello Dharma,

Please excuse the delay as the question came in over the weekend.

In order to help I will need more information and data. Can you provide a full schematic of the circuit and how you are connecting everything for the test?

Getting probe voltages at the OUT, IN+, Vs with respect to device GND pin during the test starting at 0A would be nice very helpful if not crucial to solving this issue.
