TLV6001: R Suffix NRND?

Part Number: TLV6001

I have a customer looking for a SOT-23 reverse V+/V- pinout like the TLV6001R.  As this device is NRND do we have any other options for this pinout variant?  As an FYI they are currently using the LMC7101AIM5 but need the lower input voltage which is why the TLV6001R looked like a good solution.

Thanks!

  • Hi Allen,

Unfortunately, I am not aware of any other devices which include this pinout. I believe TLV6001R was the last device to be released in this pinout for GPAMPS.

Is the customer able to spin the board to use the standard NW DBV pinout?

TLV6001R would certainly work at the lower supply voltage, but as you recognized, the NRND is not ideal.

I can take a look through the PRAMPS portfolio to see if they have any reverse pinout devices, but this may be a challenging cross given the unique pinout.

    Thanks,

    Jacob
