I was wondering about the enable feature of the OPA875. From the data sheet it is not clear to me quite how things behave when the mux is disabled. Can I assume that the opamp output is HiZ and that there is an 804 Ohm pull down to ground?

Hi Adam,
When the chip is enabled, the output impedance is 0.3Ω and when the chip is disabled, the output impedance has a typical value of 800Ω. This can be found on the data sheet in the electrical characteristics section:
