I'd like to ask you guys about min. value of input offset voltage. There is a typical value(0.5mV) of input offset voltage in the datasheet, but there is no min. value. Please let me know it.
There is an issue that it works under condition of less than 0.5mV on the customer application, for example Vio=0.38mV and 0.44mV. I want to know the reason why.

Is the second amplifier supposed to be configured as a comparator?
Additionally, adding a small DC bias to your amplifier to ensure that it is in the valid common-mode and output range.
Your offset variation will be positive or negative, and your output will try to swing positive or negative, but your output swing from rail can only go about 50mV from rail. You can avoid this by either adding a small DC voltage on CURRENT_H_OCP or by adding a small negative charge pump to get all the way down to the negative rail. The LM7705 was designed specifically for this application.
