The datasheet of the LMH6629 lists the input referred current noise spectral density as 2.6 pA/rHz at 1 MHz and also plots the input referred current noise in figure 32. However, this plot only goes out to 10 MHz. I am interested in the input referred current noise spectral density at several frequencies up to 1 GHz and was wondering if there is additional data and/or graphs on this?
