Hello Tonyx,
Please note that much of the information requested requires a signed NDA from the end customer, and some are proprietary information that we cannot release. We cannot post this information publicly.
Most of the information is available from the product folder and from the Quality pages.
Which orderable part number are they requesting? There are about 30 different orderables.
For the SGS and Material Content report, Search for the orderable part number:
https://www.ti.com/materialcontent/en/search?partType=tiPartNumber&partNumber=TLC3702
For each returned row:
Click the first column "TI Part Number" to get the material content report.
Click the "downloads" at the end of the row in the "Restricted chemical test report" column for the SGS report.
For the qualification summary,

For FIT rate:

For the ongoing quality monitoring:

A full PPAP/DFMEA must be requested by the customer and may be subject to NDA:

Parts are designed for 10 year lifetime:

3D "Step" models are available in the product folders under "Design and Development" tab, then "CAD/CAE Symbols" tab. Click the "Download" under the "view options" and select "3D Model".
