We do not have a PSPICE model available yet, but here is the TINA-TI model:

Ok, thank you. How can I use this model? Do I need Pspice for TI?
When will the Pspice model or a LTpsice model be available?

Hi Julian,

You would have to download TINA-TI: https://www.ti.com/tool/TINA-TI. It is quite similar to PSPICE and LTSpice. if you have any further questions please feel free to reach out.
