What are the differences between LM6142BIM and LM6142BIMX? we use this system in a critical place of our device where dynamic parameters are very important.

So X only means the packaging method, the silicon itself is the same?

Thank you for your answer. I ordered the BIMX version and the description on the IC case is BIM (without X), so it confirms that the silicon is the same.
