INA226EVM: Should the Resistor Divider on the TIDA-00313 be connectect to V- instead of V+

Hello, I'm looking over the -48V Telecom Current, Voltage and Power Sense with Isolation Design and I notice that in the schematics the VBUS voltage is connected to V+ pin 10 instead of V- pin 9.

If you look on INA 226 datasheet you will see that the voltage devider on VBUS is connected to Vin- not Vin+.

Which is correct?
