Is there an automotive qualified equavalent to the OPA-191?
HI David,
The most similar device to the OPA191 (2.5-MHz) in automotive grade is the OPA2192-Q1 (10-MHz). The OPAx192-Q1 is a 36-V Precision, Rail-to-Rail Input/Output, Low-Offset Voltage, Low-Input Bias Current Op Amp With e-trim. The OPAx192-Q1 offset accuracy specification is the same, but OPA192-Q1 offers higher unity gain bandwidth product of 10-MHz and higher slew rate, while OPA191 offers a lower bandwidth 2.5MHz. Here is a comparison between the OPA191 and OPA192-Q1:
Among the automotive grade, the OPA192-Q1(10-MHz), OPA197-Q1 (10MHz) and TLV197-Q1 (10MHz) are similar automotive parts. The offset and offset drift specification is different between them. Below is a comparison between the OPA192-Q1, OPA197-Q1 and TLV197-Q1:

Hello Luis.
Thanks for your suggestions. I should have mentioned that power supply current is also a critical parameter. The OPAx191 has a 140uA per amplifier spec. I can a go a little higher, but not much.
thanks, dave
HI Dave,
Unfortunately, I don' have an exact OPAx191 precision amplifier equivalent on automotive grade. The OPAx192-Q1 is the closest, but it is a higher bandwidth with a higher quiescent current.
Among precision amplifiers (Vos<1mV) with current consumption less than 200uA, the TLE2021A-Q1 supports supply rails in the range of 40V to 4V, consuming 35uA, with 1.7MHz, but it is not rail-to-rail, and offset is larger that OPAx191. We also offer the OPA333-Q1, OPAx317-Q1, rail-to-rail, high precision, zero-drift (chopper) amplifiers, GBW is lower at 300-kHz and these support a maximum supply of 5.5V.
Below is the list of Precision Amplifier Automotive grade (Vos<1mV) with quiescent current less than <200uA:
Among General Purpose Amplifiers, here is a list of automotive grade, consuming less than 200uA. These will be higher offset/offset drift than the OPAx191:
