Hi team.
I have a question about "3000-VRMS isolation for 1 minute per UL1577" on the data sheet.
What is the reference leakage current value?
3000-VRMS for 1 minute with a current leakage detection limit = 5μA??

Hello Hagiwara-san,
For the test we apply 3000-VRMS for 60s, then afterwards verify that the insulation resistance, R_IO is still greater than 1Gohm over temperature.
The insulation barrier in our products is capable of voltages much higher than 3000-VRMS for 60s as per Figure 6-4. Isolation Capacitor Lifetime Projection.
We do not measure current leakage during the test nor would we expect being able to measure a signal above the noise floor.
