The input common-mode voltage (Vcm) is (VREF + VIN+ * G)/(G+1), where G is the differential gain of the circuit, VREF is the termination voltage for noninverting divider and VIN+ is the noninverting differential input. Lower gains reduce the required input common-mode range.
This will force signal gain below 1; the op amp gain is higher by 1, so less than 2 total. 4MHz * 2 = 8MHz. Add bandwidth margin based on how much distortion is acceptable; 50MHz device should do well. Above that reduces options and can raise costs.
OPA2607-Q1 is 50MHz and has low Vos
OPA355-Q1 is faster but less accurate DC value.
