The specs such as VOS on a comparator will have some variation and can shift over time. However, we run accelerated life tests on our devices and look for design/process weaknesses in an attempt to minimize these shifts. As a result, we do not expect our specs to shift much outside of the limits assuming operation is within the ranges specified in the EC table.
